You'll manage finance operations for a fast-growing mobile app marketing company, keeping invoicing, payments, and bookkeeping running smoothly. You'll act as the bridge between internal teams and an external accounting firm. This remote role offers a part-time, flexible setup in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank transactions and match expenses with receipts.
• Prepare accounting documentation for the external accounting firm.
• Support bookkeeping in DATEV and maintain financial data.
• Generate client invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue.

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years in bookkeeping or finance operations.
• Proven experience with external accountants.
• Familiarity with DATEV or similar finance tools.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.
