💼 About This Role

You'll create and maintain world-class product documentation for Tailscale's networking and security products, helping technical audiences understand when, why, and how to use our features. Your work will enable customers to securely interconnect people and devices. You'll collaborate with engineers and product managers in a remote-first, inclusive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce and maintain accurate, high-quality product documentation
• Develop how-to guides, tutorials, conceptual topics, and reference guides
• Update and refine content based on product changes and feedback
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and product managers to plan content

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional technical writing for technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with networking or security products
• Comfortable with Git, GitHub, Markdown, and docs-as-code workflow
• Strong editing skills and ability to manage multiple projects
