You'll act as a trusted advisor for ICS cybersecurity solutions, delivering customized integrations for clients. You'll be the first line of defense for support requests and coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions. This role offers the chance to influence the product roadmap based on direct customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess, implement, and deliver customized ICS integrations and workflows
• Resolve customer support requests and prioritize with engineering teams
• Provide training and coaching on Xage Security solutions deployment
• Define technical solutions using internal and third-party tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in cybersecurity solutions with IAM/PAM and ICS
• 3+ years with Industrial Control Systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, etc.)
• 3+ years designing and deploying network security for industrial networks
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an industrial environment
• Experience with automation platforms like Ansible
• Ability to travel up to 30%
