You'll own the execution layer of A1's intelligence, translating research into production-grade ML systems for a proactive AI chat app. You'll make models trainable, deployable, and scalable under real-world constraints. This role combines research, infrastructure, and product to deliver reliable task completion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ML system execution from data to deployment.
• Fine-tune models using LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, distillation.
• Architect scalable inference systems balancing latency and cost.
• Design evaluation pipelines for performance, safety, and bias.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production ML systems.
• Strong Python and PyTorch/JAX skills.
• Experience with GPU optimization and large model deployment.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of ML outcomes.
