Description

You will lead business development for Anduril's Copperhead autonomous undersea vehicle family, shaping product roadmaps and capturing contracts with defense and commercial customers. This role requires a deep understanding of undersea operations and a proven track record in winning customer-funded projects.

Requirements

• Proven development and growth leader with DoD or commercial Capture and Sales experience
• Track record of winning business capture strategies, especially with US Navy
• Knowledge in defense acquisitions and zero-to-one defense program growth preferred
• Experience with technical, programmatic, operational challenges of underwater vehicles
• High-energy, high-ownership leader with strong management skills and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

• Generate and capture business opportunities for Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike portfolio
• Grow existing business by identifying expansion opportunities with current clients
• Communicate company value proposition to clients, partners, and the public
• Inform product development by translating client needs into internal plans and roadmaps
• Support proposals and capture efforts including authoring RFI, RFP responses
