💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of 80-100 property manager customers, developing tailored success plans to drive high retention and RBP activation rates. You'll act as a trusted advisor, proactively preventing churn and advocating for growth. This remote role offers the chance to shape customer success at a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop tailored success plans for each assigned customer
• Conduct quarterly audits and Impact Reviews to drive activation
• Proactively identify churn risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor engagement metrics and provide actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years managing a book of high-touch customers
• Track record of upholding retention and preventing churn
• Subject matter expertise in customer success and product value
