You'll define and own the future of leadership development at Veterinary Emergency Group, building the infrastructure to create strong leaders across our nationwide hospitals. You'll partner deeply with Operations and Talent teams to shape what great leadership looks like and drive lasting impact in a high-growth environment. 📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Business, Education, HR, or related fields.
• 8+ years of senior-level experience leading teams and owning leadership programs.
• Proven ability to build role-specific learning journeys across diverse populations.
• Experience in founder-led, high-growth, multi-site environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in adult learning theory and leadership assessment.
• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Design, or Business.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
