You'll build and lead the Professional Services function from scratch at an AI observability platform. You'll work directly with customers to ensure successful adoption in production environments. This role offers a chance to define offerings and scale a team from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and implement Braintrust for key customer accounts
• Hire and scale a high-performing Professional Services team
• Scope engagements and write outcome-driven Statements of Work
• Define and build Professional Services offerings and playbooks

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading a Professional Services function at a high-growth company
• Track record working directly with technical or enterprise customers
• Experience scoping work, writing SOWs, and managing delivery
• Ability to turn ambiguous needs into structured engagements
