🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale global Pre-Sales Engineering team
• Provide executive-level oversight on complex deals
• Develop and operationalize technical win methodology
• Implement voice-of-customer feedback loops for product enhancements

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years leading technical sales or professional services in SaaS
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing managers
• 10+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Fluency in MES/MoM, ERP, IIoT, WMS

• MS or higher in engineering discipline
• MBA preferred
