You'll lead the marketing technology stack and scale GTM operations across enterprise and PLG motions at Klaviyo. You'll own data, processes, and analytics to ensure measurable impact from first touch through expansion. This role offers high visibility in a complex GTM environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Optimize lead, account, and PQL lifecycle management.
- Design scalable funnel processes with Sales Ops and RevOps.
- Manage marketing automation platform and core integrations.
- Embed AI and automation into scoring, routing, and forecasting.
๐ Requirements
- 15+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Expertise in Salesforce, Hubspot, Leandata, and 6Sense.
- Proven experience with lead, account, and PQL lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with ad tech and web stacks (DSPs, CDPs, tag management).
- Multi-channel personalization and journey orchestration experience.
