Description

As a Personal Lines Team Leader/Supervisor, you will inspire and guide Account Managers while handling Account Manager responsibilities. You will be the go-to contact for Personal Lines inquiries, collaborate with branch leadership to set goals, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role offers remote flexibility, with occasional in-person collaboration at VT or NH locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Active Property Casualty License
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with AMS 360 or similar agency management system

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers
• Set and achieve Personal Lines goals with Department Manager
• Oversee daily branch operations
• Handle client service requests and documentation
• Act as primary contact for Personal Lines inquiries
