Description

You'll handle service tickets, preventative maintenance, and apartment turnovers, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. You'll also perform general upkeep and snow removal, ensuring a safe and beautiful community for residents. Weekend/evening work and on-call rotation required.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently, 10-20 lbs constantly
• Personal reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements
• General upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance
• Providing outstanding customer service to residents
