💼 About This Role

You'll support the design, integration, and validation of ground and flight radar payload hardware and software for Tomorrow.io's weather observation constellation. You'll implement radar signal processing chains and contribute to flight software-defined radio development. This role is hands-on, translating system concepts into working hardware and integrated test setups.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support transition of radar systems from near-field to far-field validation
• Contribute to payload integration in a transportable test platform
• Implement and test radar signal processing chains
• Support flight radar SDR development and validation

📋 Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Physics
• 2+ years hands-on experience with RF or digital hardware integration
• Familiarity with radar systems or phased-array architectures
• Comfort working with embedded systems and Linux environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ka-band or mmWave RF systems
• Familiarity with Beamforming implementation and phased-array calibration
