💼 About This Role

You'll design and oversee privacy-centric governance for AI development and deployment at Unity. You'll ensure compliance with international AI laws and ethical standards as a framework owner and process architect. This role offers the chance to shape AI risk management and incident response at a leading game engine company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AI governance policy development and act as Framework Owner.
• Manage AI incident response and align with security policies.
• Oversee AI risk management and define risk taxonomy.
• Advise on cybersecurity compliance for AI-specific obligations.
• Implement quality management protocols for AI monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years focused on AI or data-centric products in privacy/compliance.
• Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and bias standards.
• Experience designing policies, templates, and QMS for regulated tech.
• Familiarity with incident response and risk management taxonomies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with accessibility standards and cybersecurity frameworks.
• IAPP Certifications.
• Knowledge of contractual provisions for technology products.
