Description

You will lead and scale payroll operations across the U.S. and internationally, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll for a large workforce. You'll own payroll for 1,600 U.S. and Canadian employees, including hourly and commission-based staff, and oversee operations in France, UK, Germany, and Netherlands via external providers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of payroll experience including public company leadership
• Experience with large employee populations and variable compensation
• Extensive experience with UKG required
• Strong knowledge of multi-state U.S. payroll regulations
• Experience with Canadian and European payroll requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for 1,600 U.S. and Canadian employees with variable compensation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll regulations
• Serve as internal payroll SME and resolve complex payroll issues
• Manage and develop a team of four payroll professionals
• Support month-end close with payroll accruals, reconciliations, and flux analysis
