Your work will define measurement frameworks and content ingestion architecture to scale personalization across the company. This role combines deep technical challenges with organizational alignment.

• Design and drive the Orchestrator system roadmap

• Partner on content ingestion architecture with teams
• Contribute to member context model and feedback loops

📋 Requirements

• Systems depth building or redesigning a personalization or content orchestration system
• Experience defining measurement frameworks and objective functions
• Proven ability to drive organizational alignment across multiple teams
