You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of modular, high-precision mechatronic cells and architect universal framework systems for diverse AV service applications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of mechatronic cells and robotic service modules.
• Architect modular mechanical and electrical systems for diverse AV applications.
• Lead integration of R&D prototypes into high-volume production-ready subsystems.
• Design and iterate on specialized end-effectors and hardware interfaces.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years in automation or equipment engineering with mechatronic focus.
• Proven ability to debug full-stack systems: PLC logic, C#/Python, hardware.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Depot Operations and Manufacturing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in ROS2 and IsaacSIM for robotics simulation.
• Experience with material handling systems or productionized robotic solutions.
• Familiarity with 3D localization or VLM-based object detection.
