🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical architecture for IPC services, balancing speed and maintainability.
• Design, build, and operate backend services with Python, Go, and Java.
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and coordinate integration work.
• Drive platform capabilities that scale with the growing partner ecosystem.
• Mentor engineers through code review, design review, and pairing.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go and Python.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Java experience is a plus.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL or other relational databases at scale.
