Description

You will lead and manage water and wastewater projects throughout New England in a hybrid work setting. Your role involves supervising teams, overseeing project execution, and driving business development while working with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Senior Project Manager in water/wastewater projects
• Experience leading construction administration tasks
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervise technical staff
• Strong client interaction and business development skills
• Willingness to work hybrid (home, office, client visits) in New England

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct teams on multiple complex water/wastewater projects
• Lead construction administration including submittal reviews, RFIs, and change orders
• Assist in training and mentoring Project Managers and staff
• Ensure technical accuracy through QA/QC and compliance with firm standards
• Solicit new clients and prepare proposals
