🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery
• Design AI-native workflows and agent-driven experiences
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools and code

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in product design for SaaS or technical products
• Proven track record shipping complex products end-to-end
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and craft
• Comfortable prototyping with code or AI-assisted tools

• Experience with generative AI or agent-based systems
• Background in healthcare or life sciences
