🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee global payroll accounting operations with external providers
• Prepare payroll journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting using Carta
• Support payroll compliance and audit processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 7 years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity international accounting
• Hands-on experience with global payroll systems and equity tools like Carta

• Big 4 accounting firm experience
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, ADP Workforce Now, or Deel
