💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales of Paytm's EDC devices to merchants in Rajkot, driving business growth through field sales. You'll identify and onboard quality merchants while mitigating fraud risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and be a brand ambassador for Paytm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Increase device sales among merchants in specified area.
• Visit micro markets to identify and sell to quality merchants.
• Ensure quality merchant onboarding to minimize fraud risks.
• Seek referrals from converted merchants for new leads.

📋 Requirements

• B2B field sales experience with cold calling and lead generation.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Understanding of technology and user experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.

• Local network of merchants in Rajkot region.
