Description

In this role, you'll coordinate and execute dock and yard operations for inbound/outbound trucks and trailers, ensuring smooth processes at the site near Magdeburg. You'll also ensure compliance with safety and food quality standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Understanding of workflows in a production environment (e.g., warehouse or yard experience)
• Familiar with maneuvering vehicles and trailers; ideally driving license class C/CE
• Negotiation-safe German skills at least B2 level
• Basic MS Office experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships in a multicultural environment; willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control inbound/outbound trucks, trailers and shipments at dock and yard
• Identify and report disruptions to ensure smooth shift operations
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety, and occupational health guidelines
• Proactively suggest improvements for health and safety processes
• Foster a productive, team-oriented work environment
