💼 About This Role

You'll provide telemedicine-based care for patients with opioid use disorder as part of a mission-driven team. You'll manage patient panels, conduct assessments, and coordinate care. This role offers stable full-time remote work with competitive benefits and limited on-call duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and treat up to 275 adults with opioid use disorder
• Manage buprenorphine-naloxone induction and stabilization
• Collaborate with care team and attend clinical meetings
• Utilize EMR to document and manage patient care

📋 Requirements

• Valid license to practice medicine
• DEA license in home state
• At least 1 year of buprenorphine prescribing experience
• Eligible and willing to obtain multiple state licenses
