Description

In this role, you will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community and connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies, lead field meetings with patients and providers, and deepen partnerships to expand access to Charlie Health's virtual care.

Requirements

• Based in San Diego, CA
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week for meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
