🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding on residents in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent patient issues
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license as NP, FNP, Adult Gero NP, or PA
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA
• Qualified specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, etc.

• Experience in geriatric or post-acute care
• Familiarity with skilled nursing facility regulations
