💼 About This Role

You'll work with business, operations, and engineering teams to help prospects understand Rain's capabilities, scope technical fit, and move from interest to deployment. You'll bridge the gap between customers and the technical roadmap, shaping how solutions engineering scales at a hypergrowth company funded by top investors in fintech and crypto.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from discovery to production deployment
• Troubleshoot client technical issues and support platform integrations
• Guide clients through Rain platform development and API capabilities
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap decisions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical experience in system integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, SQL, or other programming languages
• Fluent in Mandarin

• Fintech experience (neobank or card issuing)
• Familiarity with financial APIs, webhook systems, and real-time payment processing
