💼 About This Role

You'll drive onboarding, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of home service businesses using Broccoli's AI platform. Your core impact is ensuring contractors get measurable ROI from scheduling and front-office automation. This role sits at the intersection of customer outcomes and product growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion for portfolio accounts.
  • Run check-ins and business reviews to communicate ROI and catch risk.
  • Monitor health scores and usage data to flag churn and upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Engineering on integrations and resolve customer blockers.
  • Feed customer insights back to Product and build scalable CS playbooks.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management at B2B SaaS company.
  • High-volume book management balancing efficiency with genuine care.
  • Data-driven using NRR, health scores, and usage data to prioritize.
  • Trust-builder with time-strapped business owners.
