You'll develop ancillary revenue strategies for a leading Canadian REIT, negotiating contracts for digital advertising and telecom infrastructure. Your work will directly maximize portfolio value through underutilized assets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute ancillary revenue strategies for the portfolio.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Legal, Property Management, Marketing and Finance teams.
• Track and report on ancillary revenue performance and forecasts.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial real estate, retail leasing, or revenue strategy.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with landlords or in a real estate environment.
• University/College degree.
