Description

You will own the product roadmap for Sigma's performance and infrastructure area, driving improvements in query lifecycle, compute/caching, metadata services, and connectors. You'll work with engineering to translate challenges into clear priorities and ship incremental wins, directly impacting enterprise scalability and customer experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years PM experience in B2B SaaS, data platforms, analytics, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of databases, distributed systems, query engines, caching, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to connect backend platform work to customer outcomes and enterprise needs
• Proven execution in ambiguous problem spaces with pragmatic tradeoffs
• Clear cross-functional communication with engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmap for performance and infrastructure, including query execution, compute/caching, metadata services, and connectors
• Partner with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver improvements in latency, concurrency, and cost efficiency
• Define product requirements across the query lifecycle from generation to results delivery
• Identify platform gaps for large customers and high-concurrency workloads with cross-functional teams
• Track success metrics for performance, reliability, and customer experience
