💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key strategic finance partner to the executive team, building financial models and dashboards that guide major decisions. You'll own forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and unit economics for a fast-growing fintech. This is a high-impact role with direct access to founders and the chance to shape the finance function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount
• Build workforce planning models for customer support, operations, and shared services teams
• Analyze unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, and cohort analysis
• Prepare monthly leadership reporting packages and KPI dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Corporate Finance
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build models from scratch
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Experience in fintech, prop trading, brokerage, or subscription businesses
• SQL, Looker, or Tableau experience
