Description

You will be a key member of the store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency. Working closely with the Operations Visual Manager, you'll delegate work and provide feedback to achieve optimal results in inventory management, shipment processing, floor set updates, and supply management, while maintaining strong visual standards and a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations or inventory management
• Strong delegation and team feedback skills
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps
• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards
