💼 About This Role
You'll be a trusted partner to customers like Figma, Confluent, and Notion, driving their post-sales success. You'll influence business outcomes, define the customer experience, and shape the Customer Success category at Common Room.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive customer ROI by tracking KPIs and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Own contract renewals, negotiations, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting in SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing retention and driving growth (GRR/NRR) through high-touch engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executives and large groups.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM/GTM systems.
