Description

You will partner with the Market Director and Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and leadership for kitchen and marketplace operations. You'll manage a team, optimize menu execution, ensure food safety and quality, and collaborate with chefs to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years leadership experience in Food Manufacturing or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
  • FoodServe Manager License
  • Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, drive, spreadsheets)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; conversational Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead kitchen and marketplace operations with a hands-on approach
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors
  • Maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting (forecasting, labor, food cost, revenue)
  • Oversee ingredient sourcing and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sustainability policies
