Description
You will partner with the Market Director and Operations Manager to provide operational oversight and leadership for kitchen and marketplace operations. You'll manage a team, optimize menu execution, ensure food safety and quality, and collaborate with chefs to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years leadership experience in Food Manufacturing or High Volume Commercial Kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- FoodServe Manager License
- Proficiency with Google apps (Gmail, drive, spreadsheets)
- Strong communication and organizational skills; conversational Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen and marketplace operations with a hands-on approach
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of associates and supervisors
- Maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting (forecasting, labor, food cost, revenue)
- Oversee ingredient sourcing and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sustainability policies
