Description

You will be responsible for integrating modules to create web pages, implementing configurations, localizing content via CMS, uploading content, performing webmastering, and participating in testing and launch activities. You will also manage site administration, content updates, multimedia integration, site moderation, SEO, and archiving.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ICT or related field
• Proven experience with service management systems (HPSAW, JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
• Ability to follow practices and processes for high-quality support

Responsibilities

• Integrate modules to create web pages
• Localise web application/website via CMS
• Upload content and perform webmastering
• Participate in end-to-end testing, UAT, and launch
