💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Insights product area, transforming complex portfolio data into decision-ready insights for executives and teams. This role defines strategy and connects Insights across Tempo's suite to create measurable customer value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute the Insights product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver actionable insights for evaluating trade-offs and prioritizing work
• Identify new insight-driven features to improve planning accuracy
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and design on scalable analytics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with analytics products
• Experience in Agile product lifecycle management
• Strong ability to work with complex datasets and KPIs

• Experience with AI/ML-powered insights or forecasting tools
• Portfolio management or Atlassian ecosystem experience
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
