You'll lead a high-performing engineering team owning infrastructure for real-time voice interactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, develop, and mentor a cross-functional team of 3 to 5 engineers.
• Run team operations including sprint planning and performance management.
• Drive hiring efforts and partner with Product to translate business goals into roadmap.
• Oversee software architecture of multitenant conversational AI platform.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a SaaS company with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing a team with direct reports and sprint leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute a roadmap for an engineering team.
• Significant expertise in Python is required.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GoLang.
• Experience with React.
• Experience with internal tooling, observability, and scaling distributed systems.
