• Handle high-volume calls and gather details for dispatch
• Coordinate with service providers for accurate, rapid dispatch
• De-escalate frustrated or anxious customers with empathy
• Navigate multiple web-based dispatch tools to track progress

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a call center or similar
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong computer skills with multiple systems
