You'll provide legal guidance on financial products, working cross-functionally to advise on legal risks and regulatory compliance. You'll help bring new products to market while ensuring compliance and drafting consumer-facing agreements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review new products and features from early development through launch
• Advise on legal risks while providing practical legal advice
• Draft consumer-facing agreements and review marketing collateral
• Research issues related to consumer protection laws and regulations

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and Bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years advising financial institutions/fintech companies as a lawyer
• Experience advising on consumer loans, deposit accounts, and payments
