💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the Development Composites team, working alongside engineers to produce composite parts and assemblies for defense technology. You'll solve real-time manufacturing issues and get hardware into the field. This role offers hands-on involvement in rapid prototyping for cutting-edge military systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review drawings and prepare layup tools
• Trim and finish composite parts and assemblies
• Visually inspect components to ensure specifications
• Document work and follow safety protocols

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with composite materials
• Experience with fiberglass and carbon fiber
• Ability to read drawings and work in R&D environment
• High school diploma or GED and ability to stand/lift 50 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with trapped tooling methods
• Ability to read GD&T ASME Y14.5
• Forklift operation experience
