You'll provide venipuncture services and front desk support across multiple One Medical offices. Your core impact is removing barriers to care and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role offers variety by floating between locations in the Chicago market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection for all age groups
• Handle front desk check-in/out, insurance verification, and scheduling
• Maintain lab supplies, sterilization, and specimen handling
• Assist with EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, and swabs

📋 Requirements

• 6 months+ experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer technology and multiple software systems
• Strong customer service skills
