You'll be the primary customer point of contact and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full engagement lifecycle from SOW review through closeout
• Serve as primary customer contact for status updates and escalations
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, and Sales teams
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engagement or project management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical engagements
• Strong experience working with enterprise customers
• Proficiency with project management tools like Linear, Jira, or Asana

• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience in Professional Services or consulting
• Experience with AI/ML or infrastructure engagements
