You'll lead the FP&A agenda for HelloFresh Benelux and Nordics, guiding a team across multiple countries. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team across Benelux and Nordics
• Own the end-to-end budget, forecast, and multi-year planning process
• Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support decisions
• Design and improve FP&A frameworks, reporting, and tooling

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in FP&A or strategic finance role in multi-entity environment
• Proven people leadership experience with ability to coach teams
• Strong financial and analytical skills owning planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Data-driven mindset with experience in BI platforms and planning tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consumer goods or subscription-based business
• Familiarity with HelloFresh or similar meal kit industry
• Multilingual (Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) a plus
