You'll serve as the anchor of IT support operations at Equip, a leading virtual eating disorder treatment program. Your core impact will be delivering a reliable, secure technology experience while acting as a proactive partner to the business. This role offers the chance to mentor junior team members and drive process improvements across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve complex issues across endpoints, identity, networks, and business applications.
• Maintain security and compliance across all IT workflows.
• Mentor junior team members and handle frontline support during high volume.
• Drive process improvement by collaborating with departments on automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in IT support or operations in a SaaS/cloud-first environment.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring junior staff and cross-functional partnership.
• Strong technical diagnostic skills with a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Deep understanding of enterprise environments, networking, and security principles.
