πΌ About This Role
You'll be the primary advocate for K-12 clients, developing long-term IT roadmaps and ensuring they leverage technology to its fullest potential. You'll act as a trusted advisor, integrating deeply with client organizations and coordinating CTS resources to address their needs.
π― What You'll Do
- Build strong relationships with key client contacts and identify at-risk clients.
- Complete recurring technology assessments and quarterly strategic planning meetings.
- Develop and present technical proposals with Solutions on L3 technologies.
- Own the opportunity pipeline to meet NRR forecast quarterly.
π Requirements
- 10+ years of technology services experience, ideally in a strategic role at an MSP.
- Understanding of core network infrastructure concepts (switches, wireless, firewall, WAN).
- Experience administering or consulting with clients on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to develop OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
