🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead direct reports to achieve shift production targets
• Coordinate production activities with warehouse, maintenance, and quality control
• Conduct visual line checks to ensure proper production and packaging
• Monitor and assess shift, crew, and crew member performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable work experience
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• Computer skills including Windows, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with GMP, quality, and hygiene standards for food manufacturing
