💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers using the Wiz cloud security platform, guiding them from onboarding to operationalization. You'll drive customer adoption and business value realization while acting as the bridge between customers and internal teams. This role is with the fastest-growing cloud security startup, trusted by over 50% of the Fortune 100.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical contact for a book of 15 customers
• Drive adoption and value realization through success plans and QBRs
• Capture feature requests and liaise with Product and Engineering
• Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud/security products
• Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture of AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI
• Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and CNAPP use cases
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues

✨ Nice to Have

• CSP certification (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect)
• Security certification or experience in cloud security
• Familiarity with container technologies Docker/Kubernetes
