You'll serve as the primary client contact in a luxury Design Center, blending hospitality and sales to guide clients from arrival through follow-up. You'll own the front-end experience and develop deep expertise in assigned product categories, acting as a trusted resource to support confident decision-making and seamless handoffs to sales teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome and qualify clients upon arrival, understanding project scope
• Coordinate smooth transitions to Category Consultants or Product Specialists
• Maintain detailed CRM records and drive disciplined post-visit follow-up
• Provide product guidance within designated categories to support early decisions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in building industry or consultative sales environment
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and high-expectation clients
• Experience using CRM and quoting systems
• Strong product knowledge in building materials or interiors
