Description
As a Senior People Systems Analyst at Braze, you will optimize global HR systems (primarily Workday), lead key projects, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that support a growing workforce.
Requirements
- 3-5 years People Systems or HR Operations experience with 2-3 years direct Workday configuration experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Talent, and Absence modules
- Expertise in Workday Business Process configuration and report building including calculated fields and dashboards
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize Workday functionality, implementing solutions to improve usability and adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and lead end-to-end implementation processes
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security groups
- Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions
- Lead key initiatives including system audits, integration reviews, and Workday bi-annual release testing and deployment
