💼 About This Role

You'll own manufacturing processes for electronic and electromechanical assemblies at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. You'll diagnose and resolve complex failures on the production floor, driving improvements in First Pass Yield and reducing rework. This role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced environment supporting critical national security missions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex electrical failures on production floor using root-cause analysis.
• Implement engineering changes and manage obsolescence with minimal production disruption.
• Develop manufacturing build and test plans for new product introductions.
• Own manufacturing value stream, driving scalability and cost-efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering focusing on electronic hardware.
• Hands-on experience with discrete manufacturing, assembly, and test of complex electronics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DFM/DFT principles.
• Familiarity with contract manufacturing partnerships.
• Knowledge of defense industry standards.
